Your Role as an RBT
As an RBT at Symphony ABA, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy directly to children diagnosed with autism, helping them develop critical life skills in their home, community, and school. You will implement individualized treatment plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), document progress, and collaborate closely with families to ensure consistent growth and success.
- Provide one-on-one direct ABA therapy services to clients under the guidance and direction of the supervising BCBA
- Systematically collect accurate data on client behavior and progress
- Teach a wide range of essential skills to children, including language skills, social interaction skills, play skills, self-care and hygiene, and academic readiness.
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines and code of conduct set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- document and submit session notes in a timely and professional manner
- communicate effectively and professionally with the supervising BCBA and the client's caregivers
- RBT certification or willingness to complete certification course (training provided)
- Passion for working with children diagnosed with autism
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to accommodate family schedules
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience or education in ABA therapy or related fields
